定山渓エリアでの昼食

温泉街周辺、またはホテル内のバリアフリーレストランにて、地元の食材を使った昼食をお楽しみいただきます。ヘルパーが食事介助も行います。

定山渓源泉公園

温泉街の中心にある公園へ。スロープを使って車椅子のまま足湯（または手湯）体験や、温泉たまご作りを楽しめます。

定山渓温泉の宿チェックイン

早めに宿へ入り、旅の疲れを癒やします。バリアフリールームへご案内後、ヘルパー介助のもと、ゆったりと温泉入浴をご堪能ください。

ホテル内レストラン

北海道の旬の味覚を会席やビュッフェスタイルで。刻み食やペースト食などの対応も事前に調整可能です。

ホテルを出発

朝食後、身支度を整えてチェックアウト。ヘルパーが荷造りもお手伝いします。

二見公園・二見吊橋

定山渓のシンボル「かっぱ大王」の像がある公園や、豊平川にかかる赤い吊橋を散策。季節ごとの渓谷美（新緑や紅葉）を背景に記念撮影を行います。

札幌市内 または 郊外でのランチ

帰り道に合わせて、お蕎麦や海鮮などご希望のジャンルで昼食をご案内します。

札幌市内（ご自宅 または ホテル）

ご自宅のベッドまで介助を行い、体調にお変わりないか確認してツアー終了となります。

Booking Confirmation

Travel Price

The listed prices are estimates.The final quote will be determined after a consultation regarding your physical condition, wheelchair specifications, and the necessity of assistance.

Pre-trip Consultation

To ensure safety, we must confirm details regarding wheelchair specifications, medical conditions, medication, and allergies.Note: We may be unable to arrange the tour if this information is not provided.

Scope of Support

Monitoring, guiding, and simple mobility assistance (such as wheelchair assistance).

If physical care (toileting, eating assistance, etc.) or decision-making support is required, additional arrangements with separate fees are necessary.

Discrepancies in Declaration

Possible Tour Cancellation & Non-RefundabilityIf the actual situation on the day differs significantly from your prior declaration and we judge that safety cannot be ensured, the tour may be cancelled. In such cases, refunds may not be possible (or only partially possible) due to costs already incurred.
