We bundle the hard parts: hotel reservations + transfers + day-to-day support coordination

Local support, when needed: caregiver arrangement and knowledgeable guides to maximize comfort and enjoyment

Does this sound familiar?

“We can’t confirm accessibility online.”

Most details require Japanese confirmation—and the questions are specific.

“Transfers are stressful.”

Wheelchair-friendly transfers exist, but arranging the right vehicle and timing is time-consuming.

“Care taxi pricing is hard to compare.”

Rates vary by distance, time, assistance level, and local rules—so estimating costs can be tricky.

Real travelers. Real relief.

Having hotel booking and care taxi arranged together saved us hours. We didn’t have to chase answers in Japanese.

They gave us multiple hotel options with the accessibility details we needed—and then handled the reservations end-to-end.

We expected ‘care support’ only, but the guide they arranged made the trip smoother and more enjoyable.
