3. The Company shall notify the user without delay when it has performed the Suspension of Use, etc., based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when it has decided not to perform the Suspension of Use, etc.

4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the Suspension of Use, etc., involves a large cost or if the Suspension of Use, etc., is otherwise difficult, and if the Company can take alternative measures necessary to protect the user's rights and interests, the Company shall take this alternative measure.

1. The content of this Policy may be changed without notifying the user, except for matters stipulated separately in this Policy and in accordance with laws and regulations.
