Privacy Policy
Flatcare Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
Article 1 (Personal Information)
"Personal Information" shall refer to "personal information" as defined in the Personal Information Protection Law, meaning information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, and other descriptions contained in the information, as well as data related to appearance, fingerprints, voiceprints, and information (personal identification information) that can identify a specific individual solely from that data, such as the insurer number on a health insurance card.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the recipient of the information shall not fall under the category of a third party in the following cases:

When personal information is provided as a result of business succession due to merger or other reasons.

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
If a user believes that their personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user may request the Company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "Correction, etc.") the personal information in accordance with the procedures determined by the Company.
If the Company deems it necessary to comply with the request after receiving the request mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall perform the Correction, etc. of the relevant personal information without delay.
The Company shall notify the user without delay when it has performed the Correction, etc., based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when it has decided not to perform the Correction, etc.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
If the Company is requested by an individual to suspend or erase the use (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") of personal information on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use, or that it was acquired by wrongful means, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
Based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, if the Company deems it necessary to comply with the request, the Company shall perform the Suspension of Use, etc., of the relevant personal information without delay.
The Company shall notify the user without delay when it has performed the Suspension of Use, etc., based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when it has decided not to perform the Suspension of Use, etc.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the Suspension of Use, etc., involves a large cost or if the Suspension of Use, etc., is otherwise difficult, and if the Company can take alternative measures necessary to protect the user's rights and interests, the Company shall take this alternative measure.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
The content of this Policy may be changed without notifying the user, except for matters stipulated separately in this Policy and in accordance with laws and regulations.
Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the changed Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
