Our Role

We are responsible for the operations and services entrusted to us by gotcha Inc.

Booking Confirmation

Not confirmed upon form submission.The booking is officially confirmed only after you agree to and sign (including electronic signatures) the contract documents sent by us.

Travel Price

The listed prices are estimates.The final quote will be determined after a consultation regarding your physical condition, wheelchair specifications, and the necessity of assistance.

Pre-trip Consultation

To ensure safety, we must confirm details regarding wheelchair specifications, medical conditions, medication, and allergies.Note: We may be unable to arrange the tour if this information is not provided.

Scope of Support

Monitoring, guiding, and simple mobility assistance (such as wheelchair assistance).
[Option]
If physical care (toileting, eating assistance, etc.) or decision-making support is required, additional arrangements with separate fees are necessary.

Discrepancies in Declaration

Possible Tour Cancellation & Non-RefundabilityIf the actual situation on the day differs significantly from your prior declaration and we judge that safety cannot be ensured, the tour may be cancelled. In such cases, refunds may not be possible (or only partially possible) due to costs already incurred.

Accommodation

Possibility of Alternative Proposals
Since the number of accessible (barrier-free) rooms is limited, we may propose an alternative facility if we cannot secure a room at your desired hotel.

Health Management

Self-Management (or Companion Management)
In principle, the management of medication and allergy responses must be handled by the customer themselves or their companion.

Travel Insurance
