The hotel is equipped with "Universal Rooms" designed for the comfort of wheelchair users. The entire room has hardwood flooring with no steps, and is designed to allow smooth movement in a wheelchair from the living area to the washroom, bathroom, toilet, and even the wooden deck terrace.

The bathroom and toilet in the universal room are separate and spacious. The toilet entrance is 100cm wide, and the bathroom entrance is a wide 95cm wide sliding door. The bathroom has five handrails, and a variety of rental items such as shower chairs are available, ensuring a safe and comfortable bathing experience.

The building is designed to be easily accessible for wheelchair users, with ramps installed in areas with steps and wheelchair lifts on some staircases.
